What people ask before the call.
The four questions that come up most often before the form gets filled in. Anything else, put it in the message field.
Nothing. A screenshot of the current process or one sample file speeds things up, but it is not required – the first ten minutes go to understanding how the work runs anyway.
Yes. Most calls open with “this takes far too long”. Describing the problem is enough; narrowing down which part of it software should take over is what the call is for.
The details in the form are used only to reply to you. They are not passed to third parties and they are deleted on request. If you want an NDA in place before sharing sample data, that is fine too.
No. No deck, no proposal PDF. If the problem is not a fit we say so – and quite often we say it can be solved with an off-the-shelf tool or a small change instead.
